-IDC toteaa TCS:n vahvuuksiksi toimialatuntemuksen, laajan asiakaskunnan ja toimitusten globaalin mittakaavan

Tutkimusyhtiö IDC MarketScapen tutkimus on nostanut IT-palveluyhtiö Tata Consultancy Servicesin (TCS) IT-kumppanien kärkijoukkoon biotieteiden kaikilla kolmella sektorilla. Osaaminen ja pitkä kokemus tunnustettiin niin farmasian, bioteknologian kuin lääkinnällisten laitteiden alalla.

Tutkimus arvioi 16 johtavaa IT-toimittajaa, jotka toimivat biotieteiden myynnin ja markkinoinnin tukena esimerkiksi sellaisissa IT-ulkoistuspalveluissa kuin järjestelmien käyttöönotto ja integrointi, dataintegraatiot, sovelluskehitys, ylläpito, tuki ja infrastruktuurin ulkoistaminen.  Asiakaspalautteen perusteella TCS sai huippuarviot teknisessä osaamisessa ja projektinjohdossa.
