Netprofile's success at the ICCO Global Awards continues – reaches the finals of the prestigious international communications competition

ICCO Global Awards 2024 has recognized the strategic partnership between Netprofile and Sumi with a position in the finals. An international panel of leading communications experts has granted the project developed by Netprofile for Sumi as one of the best in the world in the Best ESG Campaign category. The winners will be announced in London on November 27.

"We began our collaboration with Sumi in 2022 with a project focusing on business strategy and key aspects in reputation building," says Jirimiko Oranen, Strategy Director at Netprofile. "Our ongoing, close partnership is based on a shared understanding of the requirements for long-term reputation building and the importance of determined and transparent communication. Promoting product packaging recycling is a key issue in the circular economy. It is rewarding to see that our collaboration has led to success both in Sumi's business and on the stage of professional communications."

The ICCO achievement continues Netprofile's long-standing series of successes in international competitions. The agency, which ranks among the leaders in the communications field, has garnered numerous awards and finalist spots in the ICCO Global Awards as well as Sabre Awards, European Excellence Awards, and Digital Communications Awards.

In Finland, Netprofile is one of the most successful agencies in the history of the Finnish Comms Awards.

Netprofile's sustained success builds on a strong vision of the strategic role of communications in understanding, structuring, and developing rapidly changing models of influence. Geopolitical movements, social polarization, and the rapid development of AI and other technologies are reshaping the operating environment and ways of working. Netprofile has taken an active role as an innovative and globally networked pioneer, creating and providing businesses and society with the knowledge and skills to manage the challenges of our time.

"The ability to adapt both actions and communications amid rapidly changing conditions is now more important than ever," says Juha Frey, CEO of Netprofile. "Strategic communications and marketing, based on insight, experience, and industry knowledge, address our clients' short-term goals while building reputation capital and resilience for the future. It is gratifying to note that the ICCO Global Awards jury, made up of top experts in the communications world, has once again recognized the value and significance of this approach."
