NETPROFILE SHINES AT THE FINNISH COMMS AWARDS 2021

The change communications project “A Blaze of change ignites when people are listened to” won the 2021 Outstanding Achievement in Communications award in the Finnish Comms Awards. The project also won the Change Communications category. The project was implemented by Netprofile for Visma Numeron, an employee shift management and work planning solution, and Siun Sote, the joint municipal authority for North Karelia social and health service.

The long-term, multi-dimensional marketing communications collaboration between Netprofile and Etteplan, a listed technology service company, which strongly supports business growth, won the Industry and Construction category at the FCA Awards. As a cherry on top, Jirimiko Oranen, Strategy Director at Netprofile, was awarded the Communications Consultant of the Year.

“This amazing success is a joint win for our incredible clients and our fantastic team,” says Juha Frey, CEO of Netprofile.

“The best drivers of quality, creativity and performance in marketing communications are clients that value marketing and communications as part of the strategic development of their business. A strong testimony to the quality of our work is the recognition Netprofile and our clients have achieved year after year in national and international communications competitions. Our clients trust us, and we will continue to deliver a clear vision to help them succeed in their business.”

The value and importance of communications agencies' work as advisors to organizations and support to management is recognized by the communications community. A clear sign of this is that a change communications project was awarded 2021 Outstanding Achievement in Communications at the FCA Communications Competition, now in its tenth year. Strategic communication is increasingly about concrete actions.

Visma Numeron and Siun Sote: Winner of 2021 Outstanding Achievement in Communications and Change Communications categories

In their award criteria, the jury noted that the work conducted for Visma Numeron and Siun Sote represents the traditional virtues that seem to be forgotten, especially in the face of necessary, challenging, and significant changes. Leadership is about communication and action. Successful change is based on respectful interaction in which the different parties feel heard.

“As a client, I couldn't be more satisfied,” says Pirjo Ketola, Project Manager of Visma Numeron's Siun Sote project, in the competition entry. “Netprofile's consultants demonstrated their professionalism as strategic and practical experts in change communications. The standout factor was Netprofile's ability to quickly identify key problems and find simple, humane solutions.”

“We are pleased that we chose an agency whose professionalism makes life easy for the client,” says Johanna Bjerregård Madsen, Human Resources Director of Siun Sote, in the entry citation.

“Communication consultants who speak the language of senior management seamlessly, and understand the concerns of grassroots employees at the same time, are a rare resource.”
